Rec-Specs Water Sports

There are approximately 63.1 million swimmers in the United States, and over 60% require corrective eyewear.  Rec-Specs swim goggles meet this need.  Eyecups are made of Ultra Soft pad material, affording superior comfort and creating a water tight seal to prevent leakage.  Manufactured to strict ophthalmic standards to accommodate prescription or plano (non-prescription) lenses.  Some styles for above water use only. Does not meet ASTM standards for sports.

Aqua Spec
Head strap has an automatic locking mechanism so that it can be easily adjusted for a proper fit.  44 eye. Adjustable bridge. For prescription lens insertion only. Does not come with lenses.

Prices quoted above for all styles except Shark and Aqua Specs are for SOLA Authentic polycarbonate prescription lenses in prescriptions +4.00 to -4.00 with up to 2.00 cylinder.  Prescription above this are not recommended due to associated distortion.   Spazio lenses help correct for the curvature in 8 base frames to minimize distortion in higher powers or high astigmatic powers.  Mirror lenses to match High Country and Driver's Seat lenses is available for $55. Click here to add mirror.  Anti-Reflective Backside coating (AR) is available for $40. Click here to add AR. Rec-Specs prescription lenses take about 2-3 weeks to make.
