Vuarnet France has made it very difficult to sell their products in the US. They have made an exclusive deal with an online retailer preventing you from purchasing them from all but one place on the web. The lack of competition leads to high prices and low customer service. 

We are still able to sell Vuarnet in our local retail store and by phone. If you are a local customer, we encourage you to come in to purchase your Vuarnets. 

We have been a loyal Vuarnet dealer for 12+ years and know we have a lot of loyal Vuarnet customers, but Vuarnet doesn't honor that loyalty.  Please contact Vuarnet at accueil@vuarnetoptic.com and demand they allow more online retailers. 

Because of the recent problems with Vuarnet, we are warning our customers these problems with Vuarnet might affect having your product warranty or repairs dealt with any urgency.  We are now recommending our customers go with Julbo or Serengeti as alternative brands. They have similar technology and lens colors. 

For our prescription lens wearers, the current distributor does not offer prescription lenses online. We can offer prescription lenses that match Vuarnet technology as close as possible in any brand of frame. Thus, we suggest you order another brand of frame, and ask for the Vuarnet lens color of your choice . You can also mail us your frame and we can make prescription lenses for your existing frame.   Please contact us for further information.
