Our Designs:  Zeal Optics frames are 100% our own unique designs: If it doesn't say Zeal then it is not a quality Zeal product.  Zeal ACTV interchangeable lens nylon frames offer you the lightest, strongest and most durable nylon blend frames available.  Zeal Optics patented P.A.S.V. (Passive Airflow System Ventilation) allows cooler air from the outside enter the front frame vents while pulling the warmer, moist air from the inside of the lens out through the side and top of the lens.  The inner air space is continuously refreshed, virtually eliminating fog issues.  Interchangeable silicon nose pads and PASV sweat guards allow you to customize the fit and function of the frames.  Zeal's newest addition in frame technology is the ULTRA-LUX Metal series featuring lightweight, durable metals in nickel steel and super lightweight titanium.  Like all Zeal products our new ULTRA-LUX metal series is the most comfortable metal frame you'll ever wear.

All of our performance/performance-fashion high strength, grylamid nylon frames are made to accept the interchangeability of lenses, removable and replaceable sweatguards & silicone pieces (specific models).  That is why we offer so many color options in ACTV Polarized and non-polarized.  You can customize your Zeal frames with the lens color that best suits the weather, terrain conditions or your mood.  Zeal Optics eyewear allows you to have the equivalent of multiple eyewear pieces, all in one frame. Just pick your lens, swap-out the previous lens, pop in your current lens of choice and off you go!

Zeal Rx:  Zeal frames are prescriptionable by design. Zeal Rx lenses are actually custom cut and edged to fit into the frame (not an insert system that is bulky and unsightly).  So have your Rx made for your favorite Zeals. We also offer multiple Swap-Out™ Rx lenses so you can select your favorite lens colors. Look for the  symbol and select a frame that fits your style.  

Lifetime warranty.  Yes we design our glasses to last, not break. This is why we offer you a lifetime warranty on manufacturers defect. What this means is if it is our fault, we will replace the product. If you break your glasses, then we offer a crash replacement program to fix your glasses.

SB13 PPX Photo-Polar:  A world's first of its kind!  This unique multi layer lens has a glare cutting polarized filter and Photo-Chromatic layering that allows the lens to actually change from light to dark depending on the changing light conditions.  So you get two separate lens features in one lens.  The PPX lens reduces the need to change out lenses or change eyewear, so you spend more time enjoying uninterrupted, clear vision.  30-13% light transmission.

SB13 Special Blend:  The glowing red mesas and canyons of Moab have been our inspiration for this Zeal Optics Special Blend "sepia" lens color. The optimum blend of contrast, clarity and light transmission in our SB13 lens provides all day comfort for your eyes.  The designers at Zeal Optics have utilized their years of experience in testing lens colors and treatments to find the ultimate in performance lens color.  Introducing the new Zeal Blend, an enticing mix of all that is soothing and enhancing in color. You'll have to see it to believe it.  

ZB13 Polarized with SilkClean™:  Polarized lenses have a layered filter in the lens that cuts out horizontal glare that is especially associated with driving, water and snow sports.  For enhanced Polarized performance Zeal Optics has created a Polarized lens with dynamic performance coating, SilkClean™.  This versatile, smooth, slick coating, like silk, is super durable.  It's easy to clean, scratch resistant and anti-static properties repels dirt and beads water which makes it especially useful near or on the water.  All around, SilkClean™ is the best performance coating on polarized lenses.  13% light transmission.

ZB13 Poly with SilkFlash™ lenses feature the innovative SilkFlash™ mirror treatment.  Mirror treatments are especially beneficial for use on non-polarized lenses as they do not have a filter to cut out glare.  SilkFlash™ offers easy cleaning properties, optical clarity and scratch resistance that is particularly suitable  for performance speed sports (where polarized lenses are not recommended) and other outdoor activities.  SilkFlash™ is created with the most advanced technology in thin film coatings to provide a mirror treatment that is highly scratch resistance, smudge resistant and has excellent durability in the outdoor elements.

Prescription lenses can either be made directly from Zeal (authentic lenses and interchangeable prescription lenses) or by the A Sight for Sport Eyes lab.  A Sight for Sport Eyes makes a comparable product for a lower cost and faster turn around time.
